1. General Policy Principles
At Adsphere Group, our focus is on building transparent, long-term relationships with our clients. Because we offer tailored digital services (which involve direct allocations of engineering and design resources), refunds are evaluated according to the specific service structure detailed below.
We encourage open communication. If you believe your deliverables do not align with your initial project agreement, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
2. Optimization Guarantees
For specific optimization services where we offer a metrics-based performance guarantee (such as our $149 Shopify Speed Optimization), the following guidelines apply:
- Risk-Free Guarantee: If we fail to improve your mobile score as outlined in your pre-project assessment, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your project payment.
- Assessment Verification: Before processing a metrics refund, we analyze your store performance using independent standard tools (such as Google PageSpeed Insights) to verify performance.
- Post-Project Adjustments: The guarantee is rendered void if you, or a third party, install new third-party applications, tracking scripts, or alter theme Liquid files immediately following our work without our verification.
3. Custom Web Development
Custom design and software engineering projects (such as custom app creation, legacy codebase refactoring, or full storefront rebuilds) are typically billed in milestones:
- Intake / Discovery Deposit: Initial deposits allocated to business discovery, architectural roadmapping, and initial wireframes are non-refundable once work has started.
- Completed Milestones: Once a project milestone (e.g., frontend design, database setup, or API integration) is reviewed and approved by the client, the corresponding milestone payment is non-refundable.
- Incomplete Milestones: If a project is cancelled mid-milestone, you may request a partial refund based on the remaining uncompleted work, evaluated by hours logged.
4. Recurring Marketing Contracts
For recurring retainers, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media campaigns, and pay-per-click (PPC) ad management:
- Monthly Fees: Monthly marketing retainers are non-refundable for active billing periods where campaign strategy has already been launched or assets developed.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your monthly recurring contract at any time by providing written notice as defined in your contract. Once cancelled, no future recurring charges will occur.
- Service Modifications: If you request a campaign pause mid-month, we can apply your remaining monthly retainer balance as a credit toward future campaign months or project scopes.
5. Third-Party Costs
Please note that Adsphere Group does not have control over, and cannot refund, any charges incurred from third-party platforms. These include:
- Advertising budgets paid directly to ad platforms (such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads).
- Monthly SaaS subscriptions, theme costs, domains, or application fees charged by your e-commerce platform (such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce).
- Hosting platform subscriptions, domain registration fees, or premium API integration licenses.
6. Filing a Refund Request
To submit a refund request or discuss billing concerns, please contact our administrative team using the steps below:
- Submit an Email: Send a brief description of your billing query or performance concern to hello@adspheregroup.com. Include your invoice number or store URL.
